With the Find X7 series, OPPO is credited with being the first to introduce handset and hands-free dual-mode satellite calls, effectively ending the use of satellite communication walkie-talkie mode.
OPPO makes satellite calls more than simply walkie-talkies by introducing the handset/hands-free dual-mode satellite call feature to smartphones with satellite antenna pattern management technology.
Users are not required to adopt any certain positions or angles. To receive satellite calls steadily, all they need to do is hold it close to their ears, just as they would while taking regular calls—a usage pattern that is more consistent with consumers’ preferences.

The satellite phone mode call sound is clearer, allowing for improved communication efficiency in crises, whereas the satellite intercom-style hands-free call may not be able to hear the sound properly if the user is in a loud environment, such as extremely strong winds and waves.
